| Three
steps for online shopping |

(1)
Find an
item you want by clicking on a picture of the
item or browsing a category from the store
list on the left side of the screen;
(2) Add
an item to your online
shopping cart by
clicking the  button
attached to that item. (You can always remove any item you do not want to purchase
later).
(3) Purchase the
items by clicking on the  button
at the top of the screen.

The
rates for shipping are at this time determined individually
for each item. Because the Bodhi Dharma Store works
with different organizations in different parts of
the world to bring you the items in our store, any
particular item may be shipping from a different
location. Accordingly, each item is separately charged
for shipping at rates determined by the selling entity.

Our
items are provided to support our nonprofit activities
and these organizations will do their best to
provide you with quality products in keeping
with the high ideals of the organization.

 We
gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
for goods purchased over the Internet through our
secure online ordering system. Individual sellers
may accept orders by check through the mail. Contact
them at the email addresses listed above to inquire
into their policies. |

| Secure
payment environment |
|
Credit
card purchases are conducted online in a secure
purchase environment protected by Thawte certificate
server identification and offers 128 bit SSL
security, depending on your browser capability.
Merely browsinig the store does not require security,
but when you need to do something secure, such
as provide credit card or customer information,
you will be transparently moved into a secure
environment.
Major
browsers indicate that you are in a secure environment
by placing a small icon showing a lock at the
bottom of the browser, in what is called the "status
bar." For example:
Explorer 4+ browsers show the same golden lock icon, though the status bar
display differs slightly between the versions. Netscape browsers prior
to version 6 display security information in the lower left corner. When
you are in a secure environment, an icon of a locked lock appears, and
when in an insecure environment, the an unlocked lock icon appears (the
hasp is open). In Netscape 6+, the lock icon display is in the lower right
of the status bar, as in Internet Explorer, but the lock is blue in color
with a gold background. Clicking on these lock icons in the bottom bar
on your Explorer or Navigator browser provides detailed information about
the secure environment.

You
may return an item for refund or replacement
within 3 days of the shipment date. Shipping
and handling charges are nonrefundable. All returns
must be accompanied by the packing slip. When
you return an item, follow the instructions on
the packing slip, and most importantly, please
indicate the reason for the return. You may want
to insure your return; we cannot be responsible
for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid
for your order by credit card, a credit will
be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need
to send your return.
